Inform guests about the services and accommodation prices of the hotel, make reservations for guests according to their needs, and make sure all bookings canceled are carried out immediately to avoid confusion.
Build good relationship and report with guests to make them feel comfortable and address any complaints they may have in a very courteous way to protect the image of the hotel.
Keep clear and comprehensive records of guest bookings and all invoices for liability and future reference.
Keep order in the reception by arranging documents accordingly and keep the desk clean all the time to avoid rowdiness.
Participate in all room resources, such as online, phone and personally, to ensure that reservations are not left hanging without attending immediately to keep hotel business.
Report problems with maintenance and disability to the head of fast repair to ensure guests comfort and satisfaction.
Show excellent knowledge of customer service.
