We are a new company in the business of transportation, We are looking for a person to help us part time initially.
The main duties would be to.
– Keep account of all incoming revenue and expenditure.
– Coordinate with driver for any maintenance or service of the car.
– Arrange time with the workshop well in advance to minimize the down time of any car.
– Prepare salary of the employees.
– Maintain all files and invoices.
– Prepare and document all taxes and its filing
– Previous experience in relevant sector would be an asset
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Meticulous approach to work
– Ability to multitask and stick to deadline
– Organised with time management skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft office
